Send a request
Pick a package and tell us your date. We confirm it within one business day.

We design your frames
Send us the names, the date and your colors. We set up your frames and show them to you before the party.

We set up early
We arrive about an hour before your guests and set up the print station and the big screen. Setup time doesn’t count toward your hours.

The party
We shoot, guests send photos from their phones, and prints come out all night long.

Download everything
You get a private link to every photo from the night, ready to download.

At the party a 4x6 takes about 9 seconds and a 5x7 about 16. We run two printers for each size, so the line keeps moving.

Do guests need an app?
No. Guests scan a QR code with their phone’s camera and pick the photos they want to send. There is nothing to download and no account to make.
How fast are the prints?
A 4x6 prints in about 9 seconds and a 5x7 in about 16. We bring two printers for each size, so the line keeps moving even at a busy party.
Are these real photo prints?
Yes. They are dye sublimation prints, the same kind a photo lab makes. They come out dry with a clear coat, so they hold up to drinks and fingerprints.
What do you need from us at the venue?
A 6 foot table near an outlet, plus a spot for the big screen if your package has one. We arrive about an hour early to set up.
Can we see guests’ photos before they show on the screen?
Yes. Guests’ photos can go straight to the big screen, or wait until we approve them. You choose before the party.
How long can we download the photos?
For 30, 60 or 90 days, depending on your package. Download them one at a time or all at once. After that we delete them for good.
Where do you go?
We’re based in Nassau County and cover all of Long Island and New York City. Planning something farther away? Ask us.
How do we hold our date?
Send a booking request. We confirm the date, then send a short agreement. Your date is held once the deposit is paid.
